Brandon Huntsman has been one of the top producers in Utah County since 2003. Prior to starting his real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield, he held management positions with two nationally known resorts where he gained experience in customer service and account management. He also gained an aggressive winning attitude while playing professional baseball for the Baltimore Orioles. Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

Josh Martin began his commercial real estate career in 2001 when he joined Cushman Wakefield. He has been a leading agent with the firm from the start. Josh has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that has enabled him to consult and negotiate multiple multi-million dollar transactions year in and year out. In 2018 & 2019 Josh successfully negotiated multiple deals exceeding $15,000,000. Josh’s knowledge, experience and dedication have given him the opportunity to work with such clients as UCCU, Response Marketing, Auto Zone, UniFirst, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car as well as small individual investors, local developers and successful Utah only proprietors.

James Bullington has been one of the top four producers of the Utah County Office every year since 2001 and the top producing agent three of the last six years.
